The Team - Growth The Growth team exists to help our enterprise partners reach outsized success. The team spends their time and energy working collaboratively across teams to unlock best practices in bringing SigFig solutions to our partners' advisors and customers. Success is measured by our partners' ability to acquire new digital investment advice customers, grow assets under management (AUM), expand content and Financial Professional usage, as well as identify customer needs in order to deliver the right solutions. Within the Growth team, Growth Strategy and Strategic Accounts works with our partners to develop an impactful framework of mission-critical growth initiatives driving the adoption and success of SigFig's product ecosystem across all Partner Firm's financial professionals and direct channels. The Opportunity -- Sr. Manager, Strategic Partnerships and Strategy As the leader of our Growth Strategy and Strategic Accounts function, you will be responsible for developing and leading business activation strategy across our roster of enterprise partner firms and support SigFig's most important strategic growth initiatives. In this capacity, you will build our Strategic Accounts team from 0 to 1, and well beyond. You will work across multiple cross-functional teams both within SigFig and at our enterprise partner firms to influence adoption, marketing, product, operations, and sales best practices, demonstrating how each of these areas plays a critical role in the success of our platform. You will serve as the key senior decision-maker on all major strategic accounts and represent SigFig in all senior stakeholder discussions across our enterprise partnerships. years of professional experience in top-tier consulting or financial services or other strategic experience (e.g., biz ops, product, etc.) Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally, lead priorities, and succeed in a highly matrixed organization Ability to ask difficult questions and act as a thought leader with the Growth team Ability to think strategically, creatively, and analytically to identify business opportunities Enjoys client-facing roles and has strong stakeholder management skills Ability to work within ambiguity and pivot quickly when priorities change Enjoys dealing with multiple teams in cross-functional processeses Strong ability to stay organized, while adapting and iterating
Salary Range:
$150K -- $200K
Minimum Qualification
Digital Marketing & Social MediaEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
