This role will be responsible for designing more efficient ways to track client and business documents, in addition to updating the current processes.

Responsibilities:
Perform document management duties.
Manage document workflow to ensure legal compliance.
Handle correspondence and requests for information.
Perform administrative tasks to maintain office efficiency and workflow.
Maintain and organize physical files.
Organize digital files.
Assist in litigation processes by identifying relevant documents, data, and other information.
Manage a wide range of administrative tasks related to the company's document management system.
